So, I’ve had a lot of Crossfit members talking to me about injuries, aches, pains before or after a WOD. I’m writing this blog to not only address those issues but educate the fellow Crossfitter on what they can do to prevent injuries. If you want to stay in the game, keep WODing, and perform at Beast Mode like Josh pictured above, listen to your body and learn how to take care of it.
Over the next 9 weeks I will be writing on a series of topics called Recovery 101. With the new year approaching, it’s time to kick it up a notch and start reaching your goals (injury free).
